It’s that time of year again when the nights get lighter, the Premier League season gets to ‘squeaky bum time’ and students start revising for their exams. Here are 15 revision activities for history teachers as the exam season approaches.

Top Trumps are a great activity for revision. The one above is one we created in the history department on the reign of Henry VIII. It makes students think about key individuals, consider their significance and more importantly helps them recall key information about key personalities from the course.
